Why Teams Switch
Real reasons from teams that evaluated Sendblue and chose Tuco AI.
We build your integration. Full implementation support included — CRM setup, workflow config, ongoing Apple ID management.
Real Apple hardware. Dedicated Mac Mini per customer with failover. Not emulators. Not shared VMs.
One number. Globally. No A2P registration. No country-specific sender IDs. One iMessage identity, everywhere.
5-10% reply rates. From leads that ghosted email and LinkedIn. 25% of those replies were positive.
Both hide the number that matters
Sendblue publishes $100 a month, but that tier is inbound-first — their own pricing page lists “Full outbound messaging” only under Enterprise, which is quote-only. Linq Blue publishes $2,000 a year but bills annually with a twelve-month commitment. Tuco publishes $149 a month with outbound included, and the exact figure for every line count from 1 to 50.
Month-to-month against a twelve-month contract
Linq Blue is annual-only, so the decision is a full year of budget before you have sent a message. Tuco is monthly or annual with no minimum term, which means the channel gets to prove itself on your list before it gets a year of your money.
What Sendblue genuinely wins on
SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA support. Sendblue is the only vendor in this category carrying both, and Tuco carries neither. If protected health information or a procurement security review is in scope, Sendblue is the correct answer and we will say so.
The automation layer is included, not a services retainer
Prompt-built campaign sequences, an AI SDR that qualifies inbound replies against your knowledge base, CRM stop conditions, and an MCP server for AI agents. Neither Sendblue nor Linq Blue ships a campaign sequencer — you bring your own, or you buy the build.
Caps published, not discovered
Tuco publishes roughly 50 new contacts and 150 total messages per line per day, and explains why Apple sets that ceiling. Neither competitor publishes a daily cap, which means you find it when a campaign stalls.

FAQ
Questions. Answered.
Sendblue vs Linq Blue — which is cheaper?
It depends entirely on whether you need outbound. Sendblue publishes $100 per line per month, but that AI Agent tier is inbound-first and cannot start conversations — outbound requires their Enterprise tier, which is quoted on request and reported by switchers at roughly $1,000 per line per month. Linq Blue publishes $2,000 per year plus a $500 setup, annual billing only, which is about $208 a month all-in for year one. So for outbound, Linq Blue is the cheaper published number of the two. Tuco AI is $149 a month with outbound included, or $1,430 a year on annual billing plus $335 setup.
Is Sendblue’s $100 plan enough for sales outreach?
No. Sendblue’s own pricing page describes the $100 AI Agent tier as “inbound-first messaging” and lists “Full outbound messaging” as an Enterprise-only feature. It is built for responding to people who text you first, at up to 1,000 inbound contacts a day. If your motion is messaging leads first — speed to lead, reminders, reactivation — the $100 tier does not cover it and you are in a sales conversation for the real price.
Does Linq Blue offer monthly billing?
No. Linq Blue is annual-only at $2,000 per year plus a $500 one-time setup, with a twelve-month commitment. That is $2,500 in year one, paid up front. Tuco AI and Sendblue both offer monthly billing; Tuco has no minimum term.
Which one has SOC 2 or HIPAA?
Sendblue only. Sendblue is SOC 2 Type II certified and offers HIPAA support on Enterprise. Linq Blue and Tuco AI carry neither, and Tuco publishes that fact on its limitations page. If you are handling protected health information or facing a procurement security review, Sendblue is the right choice regardless of price.
What are the daily sending limits on each?
Tuco publishes roughly 50 new contacts and 150 total outbound messages per line per day, set by Apple’s network behaviour rather than by licensing. Linq Blue is understood to pace around 50 a day. Sendblue publishes 1,000 inbound contacts a day on the AI Agent tier and does not publish an outbound cap. Every vendor running real Apple hardware faces the same ceiling; the difference is whether it is printed before you buy.
Can I switch from Sendblue or Linq Blue to Tuco AI?
Yes. Export contacts and sequences, and Tuco provisions a dedicated line on a real iPhone with a fresh carrier eSIM. Budget 48 hours minimum for carrier activation — that is on the carrier’s clock and no vendor can shorten it. CRM reconnection for HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce and Pipedrive is OAuth. One thing to plan for: Tuco does not port existing numbers, so you take a new one provisioned by ZIP code.
Which should I pick?
If you need SOC 2 or HIPAA, Sendblue. If you want a single annual invoice and are comfortable committing for twelve months, Linq Blue. If you want outbound at a published price, monthly billing, published daily caps, and the campaign and AI-qualification layer included rather than bought separately, Tuco AI at $149 a month.
