Sendblue advertises $100 / month. That tier does not include sending messages.
We pulled this screenshot from Sendblue’s own pricing page on May 15, 2026. Read what the AI Agent plan actually includes before you click sign up.
Read the fine print. If you sign up based on the headline price without checking what’s included and excluded, you will discover the gap in your first week of usage — not in your first minute of shopping.
What you actually get for $100 / month
- Sendblue’s own page describes the $100/month "AI Agent" tier as "For production inbound messaging at scale" and "Inbound-first messaging" — i.e. customers must text you first.
- On that same page, lead-to-close messaging is listed under the Enterprise tier, which is priced as "Custom — Volume-based pricing" (no public number).
- If you signed up to send iMessages to leads (the standard B2B use case), this $100 plan does not do that. You will need the unpublished Enterprise quote.

FAQ
Questions. Answered.
What does Sendblue have that Tuco AI lacks?
Sendblue offers unlimited messages/day, group chat support, and a Chrome extension. Tuco AI caps at 500 messages/day and does not yet support group messages. However, Tuco AI adds prompt-built campaigns, AI SDRs for qualification, Knowledge Base replies, API-first workflow checks, CRM stop conditions, N8N integration, Telegram and email work surfaces, plus stronger CRM mapping and ops visibility that Sendblue lacks.
Is Tuco AI SOC 2 or HIPAA certified?
Neither Tuco AI nor Sendblue currently hold SOC 2 Type II certification. Tuco AI is GDPR compliant. If you require strict compliance certifications, check with both providers for their latest status.
Why is Tuco AI so much cheaper?
Lower overhead. We run lean and pass savings to customers. Same dedicated Mac Mini infrastructure, just priced for startups and mid-market. No quarterly billing lock-in means you only pay for what you use.
Can I migrate from Sendblue to Tuco AI?
Yes. Export contacts from Sendblue, import to Tuco AI via CSV or CRM sync. Our team helps recreate sequences and webhook integrations. Most teams migrate in under 24 hours.
How does infrastructure differ between Tuco AI and Sendblue?
Tuco AI runs on fully dedicated physical Mac hardware with one Apple ID per customer. Apple IDs are auto-rotated on failure and recreated if banned. Sendblue uses partial device backing and cannot recreate banned Apple IDs, which can lead to longer downtime.
Does Tuco AI support webhooks?
Yes. Tuco AI provides full webhook support for replies, delivery confirmations, and bounce notifications. Sendblue offers partial webhook coverage. Tuco also provides a drop-in N8N workflow for easy automation setup.
When should I choose Sendblue over Tuco AI?
If you need unlimited daily messages (>500/day), group chat support, or a Chrome extension today. For most B2B teams, Tuco AI saves $10k/year while offering better infrastructure reliability and more automation features.
