Will this replace my email tools?

What about Apple shutting this down?
Apple's own Shortcuts feature encourages automation, and more iMessages means more people stay on iPhone. We've burned through ~200 SIMs mapping Apple's spam detection rules, so we know the limits. We also provide managed Apple IDs — if your number gets flagged, we replace it for free. And SMS fallback via Twilio is always available.

Do I need my own Apple ID or phone?
No. We provide dedicated real iPhones with managed Apple IDs — not virtual machines. If a number gets flagged or blocked, we replace it for free, usually within a few hours. You don't touch any of the device management, SIM provisioning, or Apple ID setup. That's all on us.
How quickly can we get started?

What kind of messages can we send?

Is there a message volume limit?
Each line can send upto 25 new contacts per day, and send upto 150 messages per day. We can scale to millions of messages monthly with dedicated infrastructure and multiple lines.
What happens if someone doesn't have iMessage?
Our system automatically detects whether a lead has iMessage. If they don't, we fall back to SMS. We handle the A2P 10DLC registration for you — we fill out the form, get it approved, and set up the SMS fallback so every lead gets reached regardless of their device.
Can we use this for customer support?
Yes. Many teams use it for support follow-ups, onboarding sequences, and customer check-ins. The high open rates make it ideal for time-sensitive customer communications.
How do you prevent spam filtering?
We use dedicated infrastructure with proper sender reputation management. Messages come from legitimate numbers with proper authentication. Our delivery rates consistently exceed 95%.
Does this only work in the U.S.?
No. You can reach leads in every country. The only requirement is that your lead has an iPhone for iMessage to work. We provide U.S. phone numbers by default, but the messages deliver globally to any iPhone user regardless of where they are.
How does this compare to SendBlue?

Who can I message on iMessage?
People who have a relationship with your brand: filled out a form, opted in via an ad, booked a demo, replied on another channel, or are an existing customer. iMessage is a lead-to-close channel — you use it to follow up with people who already know you and expect to hear from you. For first-touch outreach to strangers, use email or LinkedIn instead. Route warm replies back to iMessage and you'll see 5–10x the reply rate of email.
What if my Apple ID gets banned for spam reports?
We replace flagged numbers for free — but only once or twice. After that, the underlying audience has to change. Apple flags repeat behavior, not just a single number. Stick to warm contacts (form-fills, ad opt-ins, replies, existing customers) and lines stay healthy indefinitely. We won't keep rescuing lines that are messaging people who never opted in.
How much setup work is this for our team?
Almost none. We include full implementation — workflow setup, copywriting, CRM integration, A2P 10DLC registration, Apple ID management, and ongoing line monitoring. We work directly with your team or agency to get everything live. You don't have to lift a finger.
Can I pick my own area code?
We target numbers by region / ZIP code — e.g. you can get a 212 number in New York — but we can't guarantee a number that starts with a specific area code (e.g. 'must start with 914'). If your preferred code isn't available, we provision the nearest available number in that region. Email lines work the same way: give us 3 possible aliases and we use the first one that's available.
What are the anti-spam rules for messaging leads?
Message opt-in / warm leads only — people who responded to an ad, filled out a form, booked a demo, talked to you, bought from you, or gave you their number. Use a real person's name and photo (not a brand), keep messages conversational, and send no links or images until the lead replies.
