Our system automatically detects whether a lead has iMessage. If they don't, we fall back to SMS. We handle the A2P 10DLC registration for you — we fill out the form, get it approved, and set up the SMS fallback so every lead gets reached regardless of their device.
Can we use this for customer support?
Yes. Many teams use it for support follow-ups, onboarding sequences, and customer check-ins. The high open rates make it ideal for time-sensitive customer communications.
How do you prevent spam filtering?
We use dedicated infrastructure with proper sender reputation management. Messages come from legitimate numbers with proper authentication. Our delivery rates consistently exceed 95%.
Does this only work in the U.S.?
No. You can reach leads in every country. The only requirement is that your lead has an iPhone for iMessage to work. We provide U.S. phone numbers by default, but the messages deliver globally to any iPhone user regardless of where they are.
