iMessage for CRM

iMessage for CRM means sending and receiving real iMessages from inside the CRM your team already uses, with every reply written back to the contact record. Tuco AI connects iMessage to HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive and Close, and to anything else through a REST API, webhooks, n8n, Zapier, Make or an MCP server.

How does iMessage connect to a CRM?

Tuco AI connects iMessage to your CRM with a native app: a CRM workflow triggers the iMessage, contacts not on iMessage get SMS from the same number, and every reply and delivery status is written back to the record.

  • CRMs: Native HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive and Close apps. Shopify and Whop integrations are in development.
  • Every line dedicated: Each line is a dedicated number on its own iPhone with a carrier eSIM, hosted and monitored 24/7. No shared number pools.
  • Price: $149 per line per month plus a one-time $335 setup, no per-message fee, every integration included.
  • No A2P 10DLC: iMessage runs on Apple’s network and SMS fallback is peer-to-peer from the line’s own number, so there is no brand registration.
  • Calls and group chat: Calls on the same number with 500 minutes a month included, FaceTime Audio as an add-on, and replies inside existing group chats.

How it works

  1. Connect your CRM. Install the Tuco AI app for HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive or Close over OAuth. Each iMessage line is a dedicated number on its own iPhone with a carrier eSIM, hosted on a Mac and monitored 24/7, so there is no device for you to buy or run.
  2. Trigger a send from a CRM event. A HubSpot workflow, a Salesforce Flow, a GoHighLevel workflow or a Pipedrive record action sends the iMessage when something happens in the CRM, such as a form fill, a stage change or a booked meeting. CRM fields fill the message, and stop conditions are checked against the CRM immediately before each send.
  3. Fall back to SMS for contacts not on iMessage. If a contact is not on iMessage, Tuco AI sends SMS from the line’s own number in the same thread. That fallback is peer-to-peer SMS, so it needs no A2P 10DLC brand registration.
  4. Replies and delivery status return to the CRM. Every send and reply is written back to the record: notes on the HubSpot contact timeline, Tasks on the Salesforce Lead, Contact or Opportunity, messages in the GoHighLevel Conversations tab, and notes and activities in Pipedrive. Reps can answer from the CRM, the Tuco inbox, the Chrome extension, Telegram or email.

What reply rates to expect

Across Tuco AI customer accounts on opted-in lists, measured reply rates run from 15% to 65%, with a median of 27% (10 of 14 accounts). The audience decides most of it, and results vary. The breakdown by vertical, with sample sizes and method, is in the iMessage benchmarks.

Why teams put iMessage in the CRM rather than beside it

A messaging tool beside the CRM becomes a second inbox nobody reconciles. With iMessage inside the CRM, the send is triggered by the same workflow that already runs the follow-up, the reply lands on the record the rep opens, and the CRM's own opt-out fields stop a send before it fires. Every Tuco AI line belongs to your business: a dedicated number on its own iPhone, with calls on the same number and the ceiling that keeps it healthy, about 50 new contacts and 150 total messages a day, published up front.

Common questions

What is iMessage for CRM?

iMessage for CRM means sending and receiving real iMessages from inside the CRM your team already uses. With Tuco AI, a CRM event such as a form fill or a stage change triggers an iMessage from a dedicated business number, contacts who are not on iMessage get SMS from the same number, and every reply is written back to the contact record so reps never work from a second inbox. Tuco AI connects to HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive and Close, and to any other system through its REST API, webhooks, n8n, Zapier, Make or MCP server.

Can I connect iMessage to HubSpot, Salesforce or GoHighLevel?

Yes. Tuco AI installs into HubSpot from the App Marketplace with a native workflow action and writes replies to the contact timeline as notes. In Salesforce it installs as a managed package with a Flow-native Send iMessage action, and every send and reply creates a Task on the Lead, Contact or Opportunity. In GoHighLevel it connects as a conversation provider, so messages appear in the sub-account Conversations tab. Pipedrive and Close are supported too, and Shopify and Whop integrations are in development.

Does iMessage for CRM fall back to SMS?

Yes. When a contact is not on iMessage, Tuco AI sends SMS from the line’s own number in the same thread. Because it is peer-to-peer SMS from a real phone number, it needs no A2P 10DLC brand or campaign registration. Measured delivery across 13 customer accounts is 93% of messages, including the 23% that arrive by that fallback.

Do iMessage replies sync into my CRM?

Yes. Replies and delivery status are written back automatically: as notes on the HubSpot contact timeline, as Tasks on the Salesforce record, into the GoHighLevel Conversations tab, and as notes and activities in Pipedrive. CRM opt-out and unsubscribe fields are checked immediately before every send, so a contact who opted out in the CRM is not messaged.

Is iMessage for CRM for cold outreach?

No. Tuco AI is built for consent-based, one-to-one follow-up with people who opted in or reached out first: form fills, ad leads, webinar registrants, booked meetings and existing customers. That is also why it works: a real iMessage from a recognised business number gets read and answered.

How much does iMessage for CRM cost?

Tuco AI is $149 per line per month plus a one-time $335 setup, with no per-message fee and every CRM integration included. Each line is a dedicated number on its own iPhone and carries about 50 new contacts and 150 total messages a day. Pricing for every line count from 1 to 50 is at tuco.ai/pricing, and a new line goes live in a minimum of 48 hours while the carrier activates its eSIM.

What reply rates does iMessage for CRM get?

Across Tuco AI customer accounts on opted-in lists, measured reply rates run from 15% to 65%, with a median of 27% across 10 of 14 accounts. The audience decides most of it: cash-pay clinics reach 54.5% and real estate 37.1%, and results vary. The full breakdown and method are at tuco.ai/imessage-benchmarks.
